How to elevate any space in your home with lighting, from budget friendly to splurge worthy!

For our recent primary bathroom makeover, I found both our double wall sconce and flush mount light at Wayfair. These two lighting elements really helped to finish off the space!

Elevating the lighting in our primary bathroom

Before our bathroom makeover, we had a simple flush mount light and a very outdated 6 bulb vanity light. Both of which I couldn’t stand for their function and look!

LIGHTING BEFORE MAKEOVER

The vanity light gave off a very bright, harsh light. So, I knew replacing it with a wall sconce would be the best way to add charm and soft, ambient lighting.

I decided to splurge on this Regina Andrew double wall sconce. I’d been eyeing it for months! Because of its timeless design, it really is an investment in beautiful, quality lighting that will stand the test of time.

Further, this double clove sconce is stunning in person, it elevates the bathroom, and it’s the perfect size too for the more narrow space between our double mirrors over our 60 inch bathroom vanity.

Also, the soft, warm light it gives off is wonderful for winding down at night or getting ready in the morning when I don’t need a bright bathroom light.

It really helps to create a calming space and I can’t believe I went years without this type of lighting in our bathroom, I really love it!

Next, for our other light fixture, the flush mount, I found this beautiful flush mount that compliments the wall sconce in a subtle way and adds a touch of whimsy too!
