It’s officially fireplace season in our home! I’ve been turning the fireplace on every day, I just love how cozy it makes our home feel.
We just finished installing a brick surround on our shiplap fireplace (more details on that project next week) and I couldn’t wait to decorate our fireplace for fall!
Here is a before and after of our cozy, fall, sitting area next to the fireplace:

Cozy rug with fall color palette
I started things off with this vintage look area rug, with warm browns and creams, a cozy fall color palette. It’s actually the same rug from our dining room! I love it so much.

Neutral swivel accent chair
Next, I brought in this classic, swivel barrel chair in an off white color. The neutral color is perfect for different seasons/decor. It’s also on major sale this weekend, such a great deal!
I layered this brown block print pillow and this beautiful knit blanket (also on sale right now) for a cozy sitting area. The texture, fringe, and yarn knit of the blanket really help to add the cozy fall look and feel.

Marble and brass accent table
I am obsessed with our new marble and brass accent table. The height can be adjusted on it too!
It’s gorgeous and the perfect size for a cup of coffee in my pumpkin mug (similar here).

📩 Want to Save This?
Although it’s real marble and heavier, it’s still very easy to move around where I need it.

Mantel decor and brass mirror
I finished the mantel off with this classic, beaded brass mirror and matted square picture frame.
I used these in our entryway makeover last fall. They are so versatile and the quality is great. Also, both are on sale this weekend as well!

Also, I used this fall art print for the frame, the colors and landscape print are so lovely for autumn.
Finally, I added these fall leaf stems and one of my favorite vases to the mantel, along with these charming taper candle holders!
Although I do love to mix in real fall branches and stems in my decor, we don’t get any fall leaves until late November/early December here in Charleston! So these realistic, faux stems are a great alternative!
