Sharing 3 kitchen gadgets/hacks from Amazon that have been super helpful in our kitchen and make daily life a little easier!
Since we have wrapped up our kitchen makeover, I’ve been starting to address some smaller things in the kitchen that I’ve been wanting to improve!
Today I’m sharing 3 kitchen gadgets that have upgraded our kitchen and make daily life a little easier!

1. Cord Organizers
These cord organizers are super simple! Just peel the paper off the back and them stick them onto your small appliance or anywhere you need to wrap a cord.
Then, you can easily wrap small appliance cords around it! Genius little hack!
It has been so nice not having loose, dangling cords in our kitchen cabinets with our pull out shelves where we store our KitchenAid mixer and food processor.
The cord organizers come in different, neutral colors too!
2. Stove Gap Covers
I’m not a fan of cleaning the yucky stuff that falls down the gap between our stove and counter tops. I always get frustrated when something falls down that gap!
I recently discovered stove gap covers! I originally bought a plastic one which was no good. But, then I found this steel stove gap cover and it works so well!
You just place it into the gap and it looks great and works great too for wiping up messes and avoiding messes down the gap.

I went with a black one to match our range, but it’s also available in a steel silver color too.
3. Cabinet Soft Close Dampers
Our kitchen cabinet doors are not soft close and they creak and close harshly and loudly. It has been driving me crazy!
I considered replacing all of the hinges with soft close hinges, but that would be a bit expensive and time consuming, so I just lived with it.
Then, I found these soft close door dampers and we decided to give them a try. I went with the Blum brand, not the off brand, because Blum knows how to do cabinet hinges right! Their quality is always amazing!
They are easy to install with a drill and you only need one per door.
A few of them needed a slight adjustment with a screwdriver to get the placement just right.
But, they have been working great! And now we have soft closing doors!
Now I will say these are still not the equivalent of replacing your doors with soft close hinges, but they are very close!
