If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know how much I love wooden shelves and how much I can’t stand wire shelving! I have replaced wire shelving with real wood shelves several times, including our DIY pantry shelves, corner pantry shelves, bathroom shelves, and laundry room makeover.

But, it does take some time and effort to remove wire shelves, fill holes, and build/install wooden shelves. So, I found a great, easy alternative these wire shelf covers made of real wood!

Not only are they beautiful (especially compared to wire shelves), but you no longer have to worry about things falling through the wire shelves.

I love these wooden shelf covers more than other shelf cover options I have seen because these are actually made of real bamboo wood, which resists scratching and they are sturdy too. Other options I have seen are just a thinner laminate and have limited sizing options.
