Cozy Fall Porch Decor - Angela Marie Made

We’ve been working on fixing up our back porch over the past year. This fall we’ve finally wrapped up all of the projects and I was able to decorate with cozy fall porch decor!

Projects and Updates for the Back Porch:

Updates we made to this space included replacing the outdoor light with this cute, barn wall light, painting the metal door, doing a faux barn door makeover on our shed door, and installing this modern new ceiling fan to match the updated doors and lighting.

We also built a DIY outdoor furniture set, including our DIY outdoor chair, DIY outdoor couch, and DIY outdoor coffee table. The last build we did completed for the space was our vertical DIY plant stand. All of these builds have really transformed the space!

Decorating the Back Porch for Fall:

To make the space cozy for fall, I added plaid throw pillows (similar here) and a knit blanket to the outdoor couch and chair. I love the mix of the light brown and cream colors!

I also brought in our DIY blanket ladder for chilly fall days and to add texture to the decor.

Overall for the space, I tried to use a mix of what I had already with a few new pieces from Target and some mums, pine cones, and pumpkins.

I added this new fall candle to our side table and it really smells like fall! It’s a sweet, cinnamon kind of smell.

One of my favorite parts of decorating the porch for fall was adding a fall wreath (similar here) to our new faux barn door. It’s funny I had a little wreath hanging blooper and my command hook fell off the door immediately along with some fresh paint! You can see it all in my video tour!

Well now that our back porch is decorated for fall, I’m excited to hang out here and drink hot apple cider haha! Have you done any fall decorating this year?! This is definitely the most I have ever done before!
